What You’ll Do

You will be listening to phone calls taken by our agents and scoring based on the requirements developed by QA leadership.

You will need to participate in regular calibrations with the QA team to ensure that you are all on the same page when it comes to scoring guidelines across all clients.

Who You are

This is an independent contractor position, meaning you run your own business and can run it how you see fit.

You need to provide your own technology...specifically you need to have your own computer (that meets our minimum specs), a headset and high speed internet connection.

You also need a quiet workspace that you can work from distraction free. We cannot have dogs, cats, kids or any other distractions and/or sounds in the background.
